Art.7. The delivery of the proceeds of the present loan, the ropayment of same, the payment of interest on same, and other matters regarding delivery and receipt in connection therewith

all be transacted in Tokyo, Japan.

Art.8. A shall offer the following as security against the repayment of, and payment of interest on, the present loan:-

and all their revenue.

Art. 9. B shall recognise A's original wire telegraph loan agreements (wired) concluded with other countries, to wit:-

1. The Shanghai-Taku Cable Agreement entered into between

grina, Denmark, and Britain on the 10th day of the 7th moon of

Mo 26th year of Kwang Hou (6th July 1900).

2. The Chefoo-Taku Supplementary Cable Agreement entered into tween China, Dermark, and Britain on the 21st day of the 12th on of the 26th year of Kwang Hau (10th January, 1901).
